Define the rental scope

A workforce housing rental should follow the project’s staffing plan from mobilization through demobilization. Describe how many people stay overnight, how crews rotate and which facilities are already available near the work site.

Separate accommodation, welfare facilities and managed services in the proposal. A package may need several coordinated elements, but transport, catering, cleaning, security and day-to-day management should each have an identified scope and responsible party.

Plan the changeover
